Thank you for choosing Chilo Plunges. We take pride in building premium cold plunge systems designed for long-term performance and durability. This warranty outlines the coverage provided for your Chilo Plunge product.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Lifetime Structural Warranty

Chilo Plunges provides a Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser on the structural components of the plunge, including:

• Stainless steel tub
• Stainless steel frame and structural support system

This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal residential use.

Two-Year Mechanical Warranty

Chilo Plunges provides a Two (2) Year Warranty on all mechanical and operational components, including:

• Chiller
• Pumps
• Filtration systems
• Plumbing components
• Electrical components
• Heating and cooling systems
• Ozone or sanitation systems
• Wi-Fi/controller systems

This warranty covers manufacturer defects and failure under normal use and proper maintenance.

COSMETIC MATERIALS & FINISHES

Chilo Plunges offers a variety of premium exterior finish options, including hardwood siding, TimberTech composite siding, stone, tile, and solid-surface countertops.

These cosmetic and finish materials are not covered under warranty due to natural aging, environmental exposure, maintenance practices, and customer use conditions.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Fading or discoloration
• Scratches or dents
• Cracking or checking
• Wood movement or weathering
• Staining or surface wear
• Damage caused by chemicals, salt air, sunlight, moisture, or improper maintenance

TimberTech composite siding is engineered for long-term outdoor durability and is designed to last 50+ years under normal conditions. However, cosmetic wear and environmental aging are not covered under this warranty.

Chilo Plunges proudly offers ongoing support and service for cosmetic materials and finishes, including replacement panels, replacement parts, refinishing recommendations, and service assistance when needed.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper maintenance
• Improper installation or unauthorized modifications
• Commercial misuse outside approved applications
• Damage caused by freezing, flooding, fire, weather, or other acts beyond Chilo Plunges’ control
• Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear

Customers are responsible for maintaining proper water chemistry and following all maintenance guidelines provided by Chilo Plunges.

Chilo Plunges reserves the right to repair or replace components at its discretion.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Chilo Plunges shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, water damage, removal costs, or installation expenses related to warranty claims.

Liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
